Who qualifies as an SME for stand funding?
Generally companies with up to 250 employees and turnover under €50m qualify under EU SME definitions. Final eligibility is confirmed by the funding program. We will help you check.
What does the €3,900 VIP price include?
Full 6 sqm exhibition stand, stand space, construction, all stand equipment (32" TV, graphic panel, LED, carpet, 2 stools, lockable storage), pre-event B2B meetings, panel slot eligibility, B2B concierge, and marketing across BVMW & MEENA channels.
How does the 50–80% funding work?
Eligible SMEs apply through public trade-fair funding programs. After approval and stand participation, the funding is reimbursed to your company. Effective net cost can drop to ~€780.
How are panel pitch spots allocated?
Strict first-come-first-served — only the first four registered VIP companies receive a panel slot. Reserve early.
What does the Basic Package include?
$600 covers a 2-day GITEX entry ticket, personalized invitation letter, visa facilitation support, the digital event guide and pre-event email support.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) and corporate card. A pro-forma invoice is issued before payment.
